how to update php version in XAMPP

1) rename OLD PHP & apache folders present in Xampp

2) Copy newly downloaded files (PHP & apache Folders) to OLD XAMPP

3) Edit php.ini file: Edit location of  "XAMPP" keyword. 8 address can be found to replace
